What happens if the weather turns bad?
Weather Protection: free reschedule before launch if a storm is forecast for your rental day. Contact us before launch and we move your booking to a new date at no charge. Weather is handled by reschedule, not refund. Once you launch, you make the on-water safety call.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free 48-hour cancellation. Cancel 48 or more hours before your start time and you get your money back. Inside 48 hours there is no refund. Your security deposit is a hold on your card, not a charge - we release the hold same day after a clean return.
What comes with my rental?
All safety gear included: life jackets and a full safety kit - plus tow ropes, tubes, and a Bluetooth speaker at no extra charge. No add-on fees and no hidden fees. Optional Damage Protection is available at checkout - it caps what you owe if something breaks. THIS IS NOT INSURANCE.
How old do I need to be?
Jet skis: 21 or older to rent, 16 or older to operate. Pontoons, wakeboats, and UTVs: 25 or older to rent.
Is fuel included?
No. Every rental goes out with a full tank. Return it full, or pay the cost of fuel plus a $20 refueling fee. That keeps the listed price the real price.
