What happens if the weather turns bad?
Weather Protection: free reschedule before launch if a storm is forecast for your rental day. Contact us before launch and we move your booking to a new date at no charge. Weather is handled by reschedule, not refund. Once you launch, you make the on-water safety call.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 7 or more days before your start time and you are refunded, less the $49 booking fee that is built into every reservation. Inside 7 days there is no refund, but a one-time reschedule credit is available up to 48 hours before your start time, subject to availability. Inside 48 hours there is no refund and no reschedule. Travel Protection can be added at booking: cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before your start time and you are refunded, less the $49 booking fee. THIS IS NOT INSURANCE. If a storm is forecast for your day, contact us before launch and we will reschedule you at no charge - that is our Weather Protection, and it applies even inside 48 hours. Your security deposit is a hold on your card, not a charge - we release the hold same day after a clean return.
What comes with my rental?
All safety gear included: life jackets and a full safety kit - plus tow ropes, tubes, and a Bluetooth speaker at no extra charge. No add-on fees and no hidden fees. Optional Damage Protection is available at checkout - it caps what you owe if something breaks. THIS IS NOT INSURANCE.
How old do I need to be?
Jet skis: 21 or older to rent, 16 or older to operate. Pontoons, wakeboats, and UTVs: 25 or older to rent.
Is fuel included?
No. Every rental goes out with a full tank. Return it full, or pay the cost of fuel plus a $20 refueling fee. That keeps the listed price the real price.
