2. No purchase necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning beyond the additional entries described in Section 5, which are also available at no charge under Section 4. Void where prohibited.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
Prizes are rentals of motorized equipment and are subject to Sponsor's standard rental age requirements, which differ by equipment class: jet ski rentals require the renter of record to be 21 or older; wakeboat and side-by-side rentals require the renter of record to be 25 or older. A winner who is 21 to 24 years of age and is awarded the Second Prize or Third Prize may redeem that prize's credit toward jet ski rentals instead. Prize credits may not be redeemed by, or transferred to, any other person.
4. Entry period and how to enter free
Entry period: 12:00 AM America/Phoenix on September 28, 2026 through 11:59 PM America/Phoenix on December 1, 2026.
To enter free, submit the entry form at waveandridge.com/giveaway/ with your name, mobile number and email address. Each free submission receives ten (10) entries. You may submit once per calendar day during the entry period. Automated, scripted or bulk entries are void.

The gift card is the product being purchased and is worth its full face value independent of this promotion. Entries are awarded at no additional cost. Gift card purchases made during the entry period are final; a refunded purchase voids the entries it generated. Purchased gift card value does not expire.
6. Drawing
One random drawing from all valid entries will be held on December 2, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor using a documented random-selection method, and the entry pool and result will be retained for 12 months.
7. Prizes

Total ARV of all prizes: $6,166.
Each prize is awarded as a Wave & Ridge gift card credit in the stated amount, redeemable only against the equipment class named for that prize. The Grand Prize is issued as twelve (12) monthly credits of $219, each valid during its calendar month and not carried forward. No cash equivalent. No substitution except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the named equipment is unavailable. Prizes are not transferable.
All rentals are subject to availability, are pickup-only from 724 E Scenic St in Apache Junction, and require the winner to complete Sponsor's standard rental agreement, e-waiver and safety briefing. Sponsor's hours are Monday through Saturday; prize rentals are Monday through Thursday only and exclude holiday dates.
8. What a winner is still responsible for
A prize covers the rental charge stated above and nothing else. Each winner remains responsible for:
- Fuel. Fuel is not included on any rental. Equipment goes out full and comes back full, or the renter pays the fuel cost plus a refueling fee. Sponsor's Monday-through-Thursday no-fuel-charge practice applies to jet ski and side-by-side rentals and does not apply to the wakeboat. Fuel on the wakeboat is capped at $100 for a 4-hour rental, so the Second Prize winner should expect to pay up to $100 for fuel.
- A security deposit, taken as a hold on a payment card at pickup and released same day after a clean return. Standard amounts by class are disclosed at booking.
- Any optional Damage Protection elected, and any damage not covered by an elected plan.
- Any upgrade. A winner may apply a prize credit toward a longer or different booking in the same equipment class and pay the difference.
- All applicable taxes. The Grand Prize and Second Prize each carry an ARV over $600. Sponsor will require a completed IRS Form W-9 from those winners before the prize is issued and will report the prize value on IRS Form 1099-MISC.
9. Winner notification
Winners will be notified by phone and email at the contact information submitted with the entry, within three business days of the drawing. A winner who cannot be reached, or who does not respond and complete any required documentation, within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt forfeits the prize, and an alternate may be drawn.
10. Consolation offer for non-winners
Every entrant who does not win a prize is eligible for the Last Call Upgrade: a jet ski rental booked Monday through Thursday and starting on or before February 28, 2027 is extended to the next rental block at no additional charge (a 2-hour booking becomes 4 hours; a 4-hour booking becomes 8 hours). Subject to availability. One redemption per entrant. Not redeemable for cash, not combinable with a promotional discount code, and applicable to jet ski rentals only.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city of residence, and any photographs or video taken during a prize rental, for advertising and promotional purposes, without further compensation.
12. General conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if it cannot be run as planned. Personal information submitted is collected by Sponsor and used in accordance with its privacy policy; entering does not obligate you to receive marketing messages, and every message includes an opt-out.
By entering, participants agree to release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the promotion. Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot be limited under Arizona law, and nothing here waives any right or protection contained in Sponsor's rental agreement, waiver, or Damage Protection terms, which govern the rental itself.
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
