Everything you need to know about renting a Can-Am Maverick X3 in Mesa and Apache Junction, Arizona

Each Can-Am Maverick X3 requires a $1,500 refundable security deposit. The deposit is returned in full when the vehicle is returned undamaged, clean, and refueled with 91 octane fuel. Deposits are processed within 3-5 business days.
To ensure a full refund:
  • Operate responsibly and avoid reckless driving
  • Do not drive through deep water or mud that could damage the engine or drivetrain
  • Avoid stunts, donuts, or maneuvers that risk rollover or damage
  • Keep the interior clean and free of trash
  • Refuel with 91 octane fuel only before return
Yes. You must be 21 years or older to book and have a valid driver's license to operate the vehicle. We verify licenses at pickup. Passengers do not need a license.
The Can-Am Maverick X3 is a 4-seater model, with room for up to four riders including the driver. All riders must wear seatbelts at all times. Children must meet Arizona's safety requirements for off-highway vehicles.
Every Can-Am rental includes:

  • Windshields on all machines for added comfort and protection
  • Comprehensive safety briefing and operating instructions

The 2025 Can-Am Maverick X3 requires 91 octane fuel. No need to fill it up before you return it – one tank is on us! The tank provides approximately 100+ miles of trail riding depending on terrain and driving style.
Because our Mavericks are equipped with a street-legal kit:
  • You may drive them on non-highway roads in Arizona
  • You can take them directly from our Apache Junction location to Bulldog Canyon without needing a trailer
  • For other trail systems like Florence or San Tan, we offer trailers for rent
To keep everyone safe and the vehicle in top condition:
  • No alcohol consumption for the driver
  • Seatbelts and goggles must be worn at all times
  • Respect road rules on non-highway roads and trail rules in OHV areas
  • Do not exceed recommended speeds for conditions
  • Avoid reckless maneuvers that could cause damage or rollover
  • Do not overload beyond 4-passenger capacity
If conditions are unsafe (flash floods, heavy rain, or extreme winds), rentals may be delayed or rescheduled at no extra charge. We monitor Arizona weather closely and will contact you if conditions look dangerous. We'll always work with you to provide the safest and most enjoyable experience.
We recommend bringing:
